These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) control your access to and use of the website Trpti Malhotra (“Site”), including services, sessions, courses, or digital products (“Collectively, we, us, our”). You (“you, your, client”) agree to be governed by these Terms, whether you browse the Site, book or purchase Services, or pay using the gateway incorporated on the Site. Please stop using the Site immediately if you reject any element of these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Client Declaration
1.1 You must be legally competent to enter into a legally binding agreement and utilize our Services and be at least eighteen years old.
1.2 Booking or buying assures us that all the information you supply is correct, current, and comprehensive.
1.3 You realize that professional medical, legal, or financial guidance is not replaced by life coaching, spiritual counseling, Reiki, Inner Child Healing, Tarot or Angel Card readings, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, and EFT; instead, these health modalities are complimentary.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 Combining coaching, energy work, and intuitive direction, our services aim to help you heal from past events, strengthen your present, and create an abundant future.
2.2 Results vary depending on your situation, commitment, and openness. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any specific result.
3. Booking, Fees & Payment
3.1 Before confirmation, all session fees are either shown on the Site or sent clearly.
3.2 Unless indicated, prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR). While we are free to change prices at any moment, confirmed bookings will not be impacted retrospectively.
4. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation
4.1 Sessions can be booked by phone, email, or through our online calendar.
4.2 Subject to availability, you may reschedule booking with at least 48 hours, not after that, in case of medical emergency, you can do it with in 24hrs
4.3 No refund can happen. Only transferable is allowed means we can transfer the amount for other modality or services should we have to postpone, you will be given either a full refund or the next open appointment.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Arrive at scheduled events in a distraction-free environment on time.
5.2 Participate actively, complete any agreed-upon homework, and speak truthfully.
5.3 For medical, legal, or psychological problems outside of our purview, find suitable expert treatment.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Subject to legal obligations, all personal information and session materials are handled in a confidential manner.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Unless otherwise noted, everything of the material on the Site—text, images, logos, videos, workbooks, downloadable files—is our intellectual property.
7.2 You may only use items for personal, non-commercial reasons. Content should not be sold, republished, or distributed without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 Services are rendered “as is” and “as available.” Regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular use, or non-infringement, we neither express nor imply any warranty.
8.2 Although we strive for continuous access, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
9.2 Our liability shall be limited to the most significant degree allowed by law. It will never exceed the amount you paid for the Service in issue in countries that prohibit excluding specific guarantees or limits.
10. Indemnification
You indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, use of the Site, or violation of any law or third party rights.
11. Force Majeure
Events beyond our reasonable control—including, but not limited to, natural disasters, internet outages, governmental acts, or pandemics—will not hold us accountable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms & Services
12.1 We are always free to change Services or Terms. Once entered on the Site with a changed “Effective Date,” changes take effect. Constant use following changes is acceptance.
12.2 Should you object to any update, stop using the Site and Services.
